I've always enjoyed the Expanded Universe storylines and characters. Books like Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina, or Tales of Jabba's Palace expand the names and stories of characters into new and interesting areas. Since reading these, I've always wondered who all the characters on the desert skiffs were in Return of the Jedi. Little to nothing has been written about them that I can find, except some pics and brief (very brief) bios from the Customizable Card Game from Decipher.

To that end, I have created this page to help identify the beings on the two skiffs. You'll also see some continuity goofs in the process. If you have any other information or speculation to share, please by all means send me an email at jay at roguedesigner.net.

Update: Shortly after I posted this page, Leeland Chee (aka Tasty Taste -- the Keeper of the Lucasfilm Holocron) published as definative an answer as we can get on his Star Wars blog.
